We’re extremely excited to get back to climbing and
keeping the community healthy.

Notable New Gym Policies

Please Read

Here are several of the new policies and measures we’ve implemented to create a healthy climbing environment. Please read through and check this page often for updates as some of these items will change with updated guidelines.

Gym Policies

  • Who Can Visit & Climb?

inSPIRE Rock Climbing Gyms will be open to the entire community but will be limited to the total number of climbers.

  • Limited Capacity For Climbers & Guests

Limiting gym access and total climbers help maintain social distancing and reduce crowds. This is a State-regulated percentage of total capacity that will change with the Reopening Phases.

  • Everyone Must Check-in and Check-out

  • Liquid Chalk Recommended

  • Symptom Free Climbing

Do not climb if you have any of the following:

    – Cough
    – Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
    – Chills
    – Repeated shaking with chills
    – Muscle pain
    – Headache
    – Sore throat
    – Diarrhea
    – Feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit
    – Known close contact with a person who is lab-confirmed to have COVID-19

  • Instructional Classes

Instructional climbing classes, like belay classes, will still be held while maintaining social distancing. You can book classes here.

Health Related Policies

  • Masks required

The health of our community (climbers, staff, and guests) is extremely important to inSPIRE Rock. Wearing masks is a way to limit unnecessary exposure creating a healthier environment.

Masks are required for the following: Visitors are required to wear face masks throughout the shared spaces in the gym (lobby, walkways, locker rooms, etc).
Masks may be removed while climbing or exercising.
Please bring your own mask, or masks will be available for purchase in the ProShop
Let’s protect our community. You wear your mask, and we’ll wear ours.

  • Social Distancing

Please stay 6 feet away from other climbers. There will also be signage throughout the gym to assist in social distancing.

  • Sick? Stay Home.

If you feel sick, you must stay home, and you won’t be able to climb. This is not only a state mandate, but it is the responsible thing to do. Please do not risk spreading illness to your friends and community.

  • Restricted Areas

Some of the areas throughout the gym may be closed or subject to additional capacity restrictions. These areas will be marked, and we thank you for not overcrowding these areas.

  • Sanitize Hands

Before, during and after your climb we encourage you to sanitize your hands.
