Thank you for your donation request. inSPIRE Rock is dedicated to giving back to the community we serve. We welcome the opportunity to support community events, fundraisers, and other charitable efforts. Due to the volume of donation requests that we receive, we will respond to your request within 8 weeks of receiving it.
Donation Request Requirements
The following requirements must be met in requesting a donation from inSPIRE Rock:
- Organizations must submit a written request through the online form found on this website. Due to the volume of donation requests, we can only accept requests through this online form.
- The organization must be within the vicinity of inSPIRE Rock.
- Event Sponsorship: Requests must be made at least eight (8) weeks before the event.
- Silent Auction or Raffle Item: For events requesting silent auction or raffle items such as; Gift Cards, Day Passes, Month Passes, and Coupons, requests must be made a minimum of eight (8) weeks in advance.
Unfortunately, we are not able to donate in the following situations:
- Individual’s efforts to raise funds by participating in a non-profit event (run, bike race, etc.)
- Events where our donation item will be re-sold
Terms & Conditions
All requests must be filled out online. No phone, email, mail, or drop-in visit requests will be accepted.
Donations requests are reviewed monthly and must be submitted at least 6 – 8 weeks before the event to be considered. A response to your request will be emailed within 6 weeks, so please include a valid email address and contact information.
Due to the high volume of requests received, we cannot confirm the status or receipt of requests by telephone.
Although we are honored to receive many charitable requests, we cannot support them all.
