Prepaid Membership Terms and Conditions

    Please read the following terms and conditions and then check the box below to acknowledge that you agree to the terms and conditions of a pre-paid membership.
    • I acknowledge that in order to freeze or terminate my membership early, I personally must fill out and submit the online Membership Freeze & Termination Form for myself and for each member on my membership that the change is applicable to.
    • I acknowledge that if I choose to terminate my Pre-Paid Membership for reasons other than death, disability, or relocation further than 50 miles from inSPIRE Rock, refunds of Pre-Paid dues will not be issued.
    • I acknowledge that if in the event I terminate my Pre-Paid Membership due to relocation further than 50 miles from inSPIRE Rock and if half or more of the Pre-Paid Membership remains, a $75 early termination fee will be charged. If less than half of the Pre-Paid Membership remains, a $50 early termination fee will be charged. I acknowledge that I will be entitled to the remaining proportional refund of Pre-Paid dues for services not yet received. (i.e.: the remaining months will be refunded minus the early termination fee).

Membership Terms & Conditions

Adults

Please fill out the Pre-Paid Membership Terms & Conditions Form for yourself.  You cannot fill out the form for anyone else 18 years old or older.

Minors

You must be 18 years old or older to sign the Pre-Paid Membership Terms & Conditions Form.  If the member is younger than 18, the parent or legal guardian must fill out and sign the form and will also be agreeing to the terms and conditions.
