Climbing applies the yogic foundations of balance, core strength, flexibility, and breath.
Yoga has many styles, forms, and intensities. Our yoga program consists of Hatha and Ashtanga style classes geared towards all levels of students. These styles focus on integrating breath, movement, tension, and relaxation to build strength and flexibility.
While classes are fitness-oriented, students can expect a stress-reducing practice that leaves them feeling renewed and revitalized. inSPIRE Rock’s yoga classes are secular (no chanting).
Whether you’re trying to increase your range of motion or improve your overall climbing abilities, consider joining one of the yoga classes offered. Our instructors are nationally certified yoga instructors. Class sizes are small for optimal instructor-student interaction. Private lessons are also available.

LOOKING FOR PRIVATE LESSONS?
Our trained yoga instructors can help you with specific motions or improvements regardless of yoga skill level. As nationally certified yoga instructors, they will work with you on a customized workout and schedule to meet your goals.
SPECIAL YOGA CLINICS
We occasionally host special yoga clinics hosted by one or our yoga instructors or a guest yoga instructor. Qualifications vary per clinic.
KIDS YOGA SERIES
The “I Am Yoga” kids yoga series will explore themes of mindfulness, empathy, and compassion. Pranayama (breath work), Asana (yoga poses), and age-appropriate meditation will be guided by the beautiful children’s books of Susan Verde. Beginners welcome! Space is limited!
