Beautifully crafted from Poplar wood, they are sure to be friendly on the skin and tough on the training regimen! The hangboard boasts four lines for crimping, 1”, .75”, .5”, and .375”.

The training block features the ability for multiple pinches as well as a 1” and .75” crimp ledge.
