What Is Team Synergy?

team synergy logo

At Team Synergy, we’re passionate about helping your team members COME TOGETHER so they ACCOMPLISH MORE. Through our inspiring programs, your team members will see the often abstract concepts of teamwork and leadership play out in front of their eyes. As they go through a program, our facilitators will lead group discussions to help them discover lessons with real-world applications. This sequential process encourages the development of a synergized team.

Frequently Asked Questions.

What is a challenge course?

A challenging course, often called a ropes course, is a series of fun, adventure-based activities that allow groups to learn about themselves, each other, and the different aspects of working together. The challenges are both physical and mental. Low and high elements utilize trees, telephone poles, cables, and ropes. While participating, you may be on the ground, a foot off the ground, or wearing a harness 40 feet in the air.

Where is the challenge course?

The challenge course is located on inSPIRE Rock’s property in Spring, TX. You can find maps here.

Who can participate on a challenge course?

Our philosophy is “Up to You,” meaning you choose your level of participation. Many activities are low or moderate exertion, comparable to walking on a golf course. Some activities fall into the vigorous exertion category. These resemble mowing with a push mower, climbing a ladder, or jogging.

Some conditions may require consultation with your doctor before participation, such as:

Pregnancy
Organ transplant
Healing fracture or joint injury
Recent surgery
Heart Disease
Other conditions

What should I wear for a challenge course experience?

We encourage participants to wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing for outdoor experiences. Jeans, longer shorts, and closed-toe shoes are appropriate. Please, no “short shorts”, flip-flops, sandals, or other open-heel shoes., big-hoop earrings, or necklaces. To avoid entanglement, etc., please remove all jewelry.

What should I bring?

A great attitude, willingness to try new things, and the desire to support your team members. We recommend bringing a refillable water bottle and sunscreen.

Please be aware that InSPIRE Rock, Team Synergy, and our facilitators are not responsible for misplaced, lost, or damaged personal items.

Should I bring my camera or cell phone?

We encourage groups to document their experiences with videos and photos; however, we don’t want these devices to be distracting or hazardous.

Please be aware that InSPIRE Rock, Team Synergy, and our facilitators are not responsible for misplaced, lost, or damaged personal items.

What if I can’t be there for the whole experience?

In order to get the maximum benefit, it is important to participate in the entire program. However, if you can’t arrive on time or must leave early, come anyway. Please know that your group is paying for you whether you are there the entire time.

Will I get to rock climb in the gym?

There are many different types of team-building packages available. The package your group chooses will determine time inside inSPIRE Rock Climbing Gym. We remind you that inSPIRE Rock is open to the public. The hours of operation can be found here.
