The traditional fitness area is open to the public (ages 14+). It comes equipped with:

  • Stationary bike
  • Rowing machine
  • Pull up / dip station
  • Benches
  • Free weights
  • Dumbbells

NEXT LEVEL CLIMBING

The climbing strength training area (also for ages 14+) is great for taking your climbing to the next level, but train at your own risk! This area comes equipped with:

  • 40 degree wall
  • Tension board
  • Hang boards/Campus boards
  • TRX bands & rings

ADULT CIRCUIT TRAINING

Come join our Adult Circuit Training Thursdays at 6 PM! This class targets strength building, muscle endurance, and flexibility. No previous workout experience is necessary as you’ll learn proper form and technique.
